Deja vu all over again!

You may want to check out my post of July 29, 2006, first.

Last night, the blond broomstick whose name I do not deem worthy of writing, referred to John Edwards as a "faggot."

Her response when criticized? "C'mon, it was a joke."

No point in repeating what I wrote over six months ago.

I really don't think you want to start a comparison of use of derogatory language.

I'm not comparing anything. I am stating facts and my opinions based on such facts.

Then I'll be waiting for your post just as outraged with those comments as you are about Coulter's.

so Southpaw isn't fair and balanced??? ;)

Hey did you ever get assigned a debate with Close Up or did the new baby duties not allow that this year? I've done 3 so far and have at least one more to go on May 7th and could probably get you in that one if you are interested. It would be so much fun to debate live after all our online debates.

The debate is on May 7th...wasn't on Tuesday, so if you can let me know...if not...I'll have to wait until next year to thump you ;)

ummmm...the point is...and I can't believe that I am saying this, so somebody please hold my hand and keep me from falling down...that southpaw is trying to make is that Ann Coulter should probably be tarred and feathered. Not everyone agrees with homosexuality, but there is no excuse for her going on television, continuously, might I add (southpaw, dude, you've left out about twenty other names that need to be cleared over Ann's obsession with homosexuality), and proclaiming that EVERY democrat, or politician or human being that she doesn't like or agree with, in the world is GAY, just to try to make people stop believing in the "gays" abilities at their jobs.

For real now...it's not a comparison of derogatory language, Cajun Tiger--pardon my second agreement of the post with Southpaw--just a reiteration of the fact that he happens to be RIGHT about Ann Coutler.

Once upon a time we came up with a little thing called Civil Liberties, and it's supposed to extend to EVERYONE, not just the people that Ann Coulter deems "worthy." And everyone deserves a little respect now and again, even if we don't care for them.

Even though I have been out of this game for quite some time, I still have reason to believe that we all come down to same basic principles of right and wrong...and in this case, Southpaw is just plain RIGHT. No holds barred.

PS--Cute baby. Good job, Dad; although hospitals really should pick out more flattering colors for blankets and beanies.
